I love doing beta testing because I love working with new software, but even then I pay for it in the fact that I have to report to the developers what I find right as well as wrong with the software.

Now days we can get beta software that is being worked on but what is really happening if you use the beta software, or even the free linux OS what is happening is that you are doing the testing for some company that will be saleing services to companies that use to enterprise version of that same software. And I have also seen very important software disappear or not being updated with needed updates due to companies not being able to afford to keep working on it due to software being used without being paid for.Īnd I had to tell you that even free software is not really free some one has to pay the developers that work in it. Not only that but I have seen people lose their jobs.
